Membership of the Association is open to:

1. A personwho has attained the age of maturity; or
2. A Firm;or
3. A Company or any corporate body incorporated or registered in India or abroad under law or by an executive order of any Government; and

Engaged in domestic or international sugar trade, brokerage of sugar, or in the business of consumer products or manufacturing or refining of sugar or in providing services to sugar sector such as transportation, insurance, surveying, analytical testing, warehousing, shipping or any other such activity.
